VanVed vs Kajabi

Courses, lessons, and who has finished what.
Where VanVed is ahead

Why businesses choose VanVed over Kajabi

On cost, VanVed is not close to Kajabi — it is a different order of magnitude, with no contact cap, no platform cut on payments and no surcharge for bringing your own processor. It is also genuinely multi-tenant, so an agency can resell it; Kajabi cannot be resold and keeps its own branding on your site until $499 a month. And a course sale lands in the same ledger as the tenant's invoices, payroll and stock.

Where Kajabi is ahead of us today

Kajabi is a marketing machine that happens to host courses, and marketing is exactly where VanVed's courses module is empty. Unlimited funnels, landing pages, email automations triggered by behaviour, affiliates on every plan, and a branded learner app from the middle tier — none of that exists here. Kajabi also shipped a genuine AI layer across its product in mid-2026, including a teaching assistant trained on the creator's own content.

We publish this because a comparison that only flatters us is worth nothing to you. If one of these gaps is the thing you actually need, Kajabi may well be the better buy.
