Service

Summary in simple words
These terms are the agreement between your business and VanVed when you create an account, start a trial or subscribe to a plan. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of them.
1. The agreement
VanVed is provided by [Company legal name], registered office [Registered address], GSTIN [GSTIN] (“VanVed”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of the business you represent (“you”), and confirm you are at least 18 and authorised to bind that business.
2. The service
VanVed is white-label business software. You choose the modules your business needs — for example CRM, billing, bookings, inventory or HR — and run them in a workspace carrying your own name, logo and colours, at a VanVed address or a domain you own.
We improve the service continually and may add, change or retire features. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a plan you have paid for during the period you have paid for. Features marked as beta or preview are provided as they are and may change or be withdrawn.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep sign-in details secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite.
- Tell us promptly at [Contact email] if you believe your account has been used without permission.
4. Free trial
New accounts can start a free trial of a plan for the number of days shown on our pricing page when you sign up. No card is needed to start a trial and nothing is charged during it. To keep using the service after the trial ends, choose a paid plan; otherwise your access may be paused until you do.
5. Plans, fees and payment
- Fees are as shown on the pricing page for the plan you choose, and are quoted exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate.
- Plans are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly unless your plan says otherwise) and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. If you set up autopay, you authorise recurring charges for each renewal.
- If a payment fails, your account becomes past due. We will retry the charge and keep your workspace usable for a grace period; if payment still has not been made when it ends, your account may be suspended until it is.
- We may change our prices. Any change applies from your next billing period after we have given you reasonable advance notice by email.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Your data
You own the data you and your users put into VanVed. You give us permission to host, process and back it up only as needed to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to collect and use any personal data you add about your own customers, students, members or employees, and for giving them any notice and obtaining any consent the law requires.
7. Your branding
You confirm that you have the right to use any names, logos, images and domains you add to your workspace, and you permit us to display them as part of providing the service to you and your customers.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use VanVed for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to send spam or unsolicited messages;
- upload malware, or try to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or our systems;
- interfere with or place an unreasonable load on the service;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the service except as these terms allow; or
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
9. The Marketplace
The VanVed Marketplace lets businesses on VanVed list and sell products. When you buy on it, the seller is responsible for the product, its description, delivery, and any returns or refunds, and the contract of sale is between you and the seller. VanVed provides the platform and is not the seller unless a listing says so.
10. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services such as Razorpay for payments, or an email or WhatsApp Business provider you connect. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep VanVed available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and will try to give notice of planned downtime. Any specific service level applies only if agreed in writing.
12. Our intellectual property
The VanVed software, platform and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
13. Cancellation, suspension and termination
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, or for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
- After closure you can ask us for an export of your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for losses arising from content you upload or from your use of the service in breach of these terms or the law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [Jurisdiction city] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute with you informally.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account owners by email or in the product before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
18. Contact
Questions about these terms: [Contact email], or write to [Company legal name], [Registered address]. Grievances can be raised with our Grievance Officer, [Grievance Officer name], at the same address.
