What it does
- Recurring billing via Razorpay
Your card or mandate is charged automatically on your renewal date — no manual payment link to click every cycle.
- Prorated plan changes
Upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle and the switch is prorated — unused value on your old plan is converted into fewer or extra days on the new one, not lost.
- Automatic dunning on a failed payment
A failed renewal is retried on days 1, 3 and 7 before anything happens to your account — no surprise lockout on the first failed charge.
- Grace period before suspension
An account only suspends after day 10 of a still-unresolved payment failure, giving real time to update a card or contact support.
What it does not do yet
- No self-serve invoice/GST-receipt download yet for past charges — contact support for one.
