VanVed vs Zoho Recruit

Where VanVed is ahead

Why businesses choose VanVed over Zoho Recruit

VanVed's recruitment is a module of the system that will employ the person, not a standalone ATS — hiring someone creates their employee record, which is what the salary structure, attendance and payroll all hang off. It is also not metered: parsing has no daily cap, there is no per-recruiter seat, and no feature is held back behind a top tier the way Zoho gates AI matching, semantic search and even Teams and Meet integration to its most expensive plan.

Where Zoho Recruit is ahead of us today

Zoho Recruit is a sourcing engine and VanVed has no sourcing at all. There is no job-board posting, no careers site rendered anywhere despite a working public API, no assessments, and no scoring or ranking of a candidate against the job — the parse extracts fields and stops. No offer letter document is produced, and while a candidate now gets a plain acknowledgement, interview note and offer note, there is nothing templated, nothing on rejection, and no send at all on a tenant with no mail provider. For an agency or a company hiring at volume, that is most of the job.

We publish this because a comparison that only flatters us is worth nothing to you. If one of these gaps is the thing you actually need, Zoho Recruit may well be the better buy.
