VanVed vs BambooHR
for Self-Service

Fewer HR requests over email and chat.
Where VanVed is ahead

Why businesses choose VanVed over BambooHR

VanVed's self-service is request-shaped end to end: a change of bank details or a corrected punch is a reviewable record with an old value, a new value, a reviewer and a timestamp, not a silent edit — and the same portal carries expense claims, which BambooHR only reaches through a paid add-on. It is included in a ₹529 plan rather than a $250 monthly floor.

Where BambooHR is ahead of us today

An employee cannot see a single document about themselves in VanVed's self-service — no contract, no letter, nothing to sign — while BambooHR treats exactly that as the point of self-service and does it on mobile. There is also no way to request a letter, which is the request Indian employees raise most often.

We publish this because a comparison that only flatters us is worth nothing to you. If one of these gaps is the thing you actually need, BambooHR may well be the better buy.
